Returns policy

We offer free 365-day UK returns to all our customers! Simply contact us via [email protected], and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, inside the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
